1. Information we collect

Purchases

Premium purchases are processed by Google Play, not directly by Sudoku Twist. RevenueCat processes purchase status, product identifiers, and entitlement information needed to provide and restore Premium access. Sudoku Twist does not receive your full payment-card details.

2. How we use information

• Provide puzzles, save progress, and restore your preferences.
• Sync progress between sessions when you choose Google sign-in.
• Respond to bug reports, suggestions, and questions.
• Maintain app reliability, security, and fraud prevention.
• Display and measure advertising where advertising is enabled.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable policies.

3. When information is shared

We do not sell or rent personal information. Information may be processed by the following service providers only as needed to operate the app:

• Google Firebase: authentication, anonymous authentication, cloud progress storage, and feedback storage.
• Google Sign-In: optional account authentication.
• Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads: advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention.
• Google Play: app distribution and payment and purchase processing.
• RevenueCat: purchase validation, subscription status, and Premium entitlement management.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect users, or to investigate abuse, fraud, or security incidents.

Advertising choices

Sudoku Twist uses Google's certified Consent Management Platform (User Messaging Platform) to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Google's EU user consent policy. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the app will present a consent dialog before requesting any ads. You may choose to consent to personalized advertising, accept only non-personalized ads, or decline consent. If you decline personalized consent, the app may still display non-personalized ads where permitted.

You can review or change your consent choices at any time from the Ad privacy choices option in the app's Settings tab. This option appears automatically when required by Google's policies for your region.

Rewarded ads are optional and identify the exact gameplay reward before you choose to watch. Closing or failing to complete a rewarded ad does not grant the advertised reward.

4. Data retention, access, and deletion

• Local gameplay data remains on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall the app.
• Synced account progress is retained while it is needed to provide account synchronization or until deletion is requested.
• Feedback submissions are retained for support, product improvement, security, and record-keeping purposes, then removed when no longer reasonably needed.

Signing out stops account synchronization but does not automatically delete previously synced data. To request access to or deletion of synced progress, account-linked data, or feedback, email abdeldjabar.aichi@gmail.com. Include enough information to identify the relevant account or feedback submission. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

5. Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including authenticated access controls and encrypted network connections provided by the operating system and service providers. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Google and Firebase may process information on servers located outside your country. Their processing is governed by their terms, privacy policies, and applicable data-transfer safeguards.

6. Children's privacy

Sudoku Twist is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app, service providers, or legal requirements change. The updated page will show a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or store listing where appropriate.
