Sudoku Twist Terms of Service

Terms at a glance

By using Sudoku Twist, you agree to use the app lawfully, respect the app content and systems, and understand that purchases, billing, and refunds are handled through Google Play or other store providers when premium features are offered.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the app.

1. Use of the app

Sudoku Twist is provided for personal, non-commercial use unless we separately agree otherwise in writing.

Use the app only in compliance with applicable law.
Do not interfere with the app, hosting, purchases, or security systems.
Do not reverse engineer, scrape, exploit, or abuse the service.
Do not use the app to harass, spam, or submit unlawful content.

2. Accounts and synced progress

You may use Sudoku Twist without creating a named account. If you choose Google sign-in, we may use your Firebase and Google account identifiers to sync progress and support account-linked features.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining access to your device and any store or Google account used with the app.

3. Purchases and subscriptions

Premium features may be offered through in-app purchases. When enabled, payments are processed by Google Play, not directly by Sudoku Twist. Your purchase is also subject to the store provider's billing terms, policies, and local consumer rights.

Subscription billing

Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until canceled through Google Play.
Prepaid or one-time access products do not renew automatically unless clearly stated.
Prices, billing periods, trial availability, and renewal details are shown in the app and store listing at purchase time.

Cancellation and refund handling

Subscription cancellation, billing management, and many refund requests are handled through Google Play. If RevenueCat Customer Center is available in the app, it may redirect you to the appropriate store management flow.

Unless required by law, we do not control store billing decisions, renewal timing, store taxes, or refund approval outcomes.

4. Content and intellectual property

The app, branding, text, visuals, lessons, puzzle presentation, software, and related materials are owned by Sudoku Twist or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable permission to use the app for its intended purpose. They do not transfer ownership of the app or its content to you.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including puzzle modes, online services, account features, pricing, or premium access configurations. We may also change these terms when the app, service providers, or legal requirements change.

The updated page will show a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Sudoku Twist is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every feature will always remain available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sudoku Twist and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the app.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

7. Termination

We may limit or terminate access to the app or related services if we reasonably believe misuse, fraud, abuse, or a violation of these terms has occurred.
